Quality in the cultivation of olive groves, rigorous choice of olives to be pressed, a renewed and constantly monitored oil mill, compliance with the regulations and innovation in niche production.
This is where we started from for the creation of our Crus. We wanted to taste the difference between the oil obtained from the same variety of olives that grow in the same valley but at different altitudes. This is how the Cru Gaaci was born, at 600 meters above sea level, the Cru Morgaa at 250 meters in the hills and the Riva Gianca, at 60 meters, near the sea.
This extraordinary Cru is born in the hills from a special selection of olives harvested in the organic Roi Morgaa olive grove in Montalto Ligure at 250 meters above sea level.
Grown according to the strict regulations of organic farming, Cru Morgaa is a limited series with selected bottles and each cruet is numbered. With 20% green olives, 50% dark and 30% ripe it is a golden yellow oil, whose scent is characterized by delicate notes of green and white apple and hints of artichoke just hinted at. Overall it is a sweet oil, with slight bitter and spicy sensations, perceptible especially on the finish. The aftertaste has light notes of dried fruit, especially almond and pine nut. Ideal for dressing raw and enriching dishes with a balanced and pleasant flavor.
