“Riva Gianca” sea cruet – 250ml

A special selection of olives harvested in the olive grove Sanremo, at 60 meters above the level of the sea, near the sea.
It is composed by 30% of green olives, 50% of non-fully-mature olives and 20% of black olives.
An oil where the sweet tones and the pine nut are the protagonists, with a perfume of white fruits.
Perfect on meat and fish with a delicate taste and as ingredient for desserts, instead of butter.
Limited production of about 2000 bottles per year.
